Senior Epitaxy Engineer

The Senior Epitaxy Engineer will develop and scale advanced semiconductor epitaxy processes supporting next-generation photonics and electronics devices. Responsibilities include developing epitaxial structures and growth processes toward product development and manufacturing scale; operating CVD equipment; characterizing wafers; analyzing data; troubleshooting process and device performance issues; and collaborating closely with device design, fabrication and other engineering teams. Qualifications desired for this position include an advanced degree (MS or PhD) in engineering or science, 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, strong hands-on experience with CVD systems operation and epitaxy processes, demonstrated ability to drive technical projects to completion, excellent organizational and time management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to provide technical direction to engineers and technicians and to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is also desired.
