Department: Engineering

The Director of Operations will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and company leadership to manage the company’s operations. Responsibilities include ensuring effective operational procedures, employing best practices and strategies to protect assets, driving efficiency and improving processes, forging strategic partnerships and relationships with suppliers and vendors, and fostering a growth-oriented and positive environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines. Qualifications desired for this position are a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or science, 5+ years of experience with semiconductor manufacturing operations, the ability to work in a highly motivated team and lead a manufacturing team, excellent organizational and documentation skills, and excellent time management skills.

Technical Program Manager

Department: Engineering

The Technical Program Manager will work closely with senior management and other leadership to manage product goals and development efforts. Responsibilities include managing technical projects, development of product roadmaps, project planning, developing customer and government proposal efforts, interfacing with customers, and defining product architectures. Qualifications desired for this position include a bachelor’s or master’s degree, 5+ years of experience with technical program management, the ability to work in a highly motivated team, experience with project management software, the ability to lead meetings, excellent organizational and documentation skills, and excellent time management skills.

Sensors System Integration Engineer

Department: Engineering

The Sensors System Integration Engineer will work closely with customers to define product specifications for the technical development team, and manage system integration for 3D sensor products. Responsibilities include interfacing with customers and their technical teams, performing high-level system design, managing supply chain, conveying specifications for the engineering teams, planning, and project management. Qualifications desired for this position include a bachelor’s degree and an advanced degree in engineering or science, 5+ years of experience in system integration, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage small motivated teams, and excellent planning skills.

Director of Finance

Department: Finance

The Director of Finance will work closely with the Company Chief Executive Officer and other leadership to manage finance and accounting systems and their implementation. The Director will work with accountants for processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, will work with the finance team to complete month-end close and generate financial statements and budget forecasts, will be responsible for quarterly, yearly, and other SEC filings, will generate financial management reports, and will oversee audit and compliance activities. Qualifications desired for this position include a bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in finance, accounting, or business, 5+ years of finance experience, ERP accounting software experience, excellent verbal and written communications skills, and excellent planning skills.

Epitaxy Equipment Operator

Department: Engineering

The Epitaxy Operator will work closely with the R&D and manufacturing teams to operate CVD equipment, wafer processing, and wafer characterization tools. Responsibilities include preparing and loading semiconductor wafers, operating epitaxy equipment, checking system status, safety monitoring, and operating materials characterization equipment. Qualifications desired but not required for this position are 3+ years of experience with semiconductor fabrication and/or material deposition processes, the ability to follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety requirements, the ability to work in a highly motivated team, excellent organizational skills, and excellent time management skills.
