Director of Technology
Department: Engineering
The Director of Technology will work closely with the technical team and company leadership to manage the company’s technical and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include providing sound leadership on the technical vision, ensuring technical resources are aligned with the company’s business needs, identifying customer needs, ensuring a feasible product roadmap, developing the technical strategy including timelines for development and deployment, setting goals for research and development, and building quality assurance and data protection processes. Qualifications desired for this position are a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or science, 5+ years of experience in a technical management leadership role, the ability to work in a highly motivated team and lead a technical team, excellent organizational and documentation skills, and excellent time management skills.
